About CAP

The Community Access Program (CAP) is a project funded by Industry Canada that first started in Cambridge in 2002. CAP provides public computer access to the community, and the appropriate technical training to use the computers.

This program allows people of the community who do not have access to a computer at home or at work to do things such as create a resume, find a job, or to see what kind of government services that are available online.

Thanks to Industry Canada we are currently in partnership with 7 community agencies offering public access to computers, the Internet and appropriate training.
