Age Friendly Cambridge We are in the process of developing an Age Friendly Community Action Plan for Cambridge, a “roadmap” report that will bring forward recommendations and strategies to address the realities of an aging population, based on framework developed by the World Health Organization.The purpose of an AFC action plan is to enable all older adults to:Live safelyAge activelyMaintain healthParticipate fully in societyAge in place- in the right placeAge Friendly Cambridge is continuing to work with the City of Cambridge, community organizations, volunteers and residents towards the goal of making Cambridge a more age friendly community for all.To view our final report, click here.
